MODELLING THE SECURITY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES WHEN CREATING AND TRANSFERRING VALUES FOR STAKEHOLDERS

Abstract.The purposeof the recent study is to substantiate directions and develop a methodological approach modelling security of business processes by their main types, considering interests stakeholders who receive value from interaction with business.Business as an economic system based on significant number transactions that can lead different financial, material, informational losses, well reputational risks due lack stakeholders’ trust. To prevent these losses when creating transferring values for we suggested which takes into account types (main, auxiliary, managerial development processes), results (value created) key get at output processes, indicators reflect criteria — efficiency, effectiveness, quality (customer satisfaction result process recipient value). Using fuzzy set method, map identification status basic, was developed, allows use wide range characteristics linguistic variables describe them (from «catastrophic» state «very good») you model options changing strategy enterprise in order avoid risk imbalance economic, social environmental its stakeholders.
 The proposed applied retail chains Ukraine provided decision-makers useful information better contribution internal control systems value.
